Netgear Wireless Usb Adapter Driver

I have a DVR system I need to connect to a network. I've used mini USB wireless adapters on computers before, but all of them have required some kind of driver download either from the adapter or from a disk. There is no way to download from a disk on the DVR, and I highly doubt it can install driver software directly from the adapter. Its a very basic 4 Ch. H.264 DVR.
Are there any USB wireless adapters that do not require drivers be downloaded to the device they are used on? Something the size of a normal thumb drive or smaller would be best.
