How to download and install the right driver on Toshiba's official website.1. Log on to http://support.toshiba.com/drivers
2. Enter your product's model or serial number in the Search Box right in the middle of the screen, and then click the Go button.
3. Select the Operating system of your Toshiba device from the drop-down list, and then press the Next button.
